LeeMcKrazy attributed the mixed reactions to fans expecting him to repeat the success of previous hits like “Ebhasini” and “Jealousy”. However, he’s evolved as an artist and is now exploring more soulful music. He clarified that tracks like “Jealousy” and “Funk 99” represented his breakthrough moments, while Intando Ka God 2.0 marks a new phase in his artistic journey.
“I was always gonna take a risk with this album,” LeeMcKrazy explained. “I wanted to show my fans that I’m more than just a one-hit wonder. I’m an artist, and artists evolve.”
When asked about the criticism, LeeMcKrazy said, “I understand that some fans might be disappointed, but I can’t make the same music forever. I have to grow, and I have to try new things.”
